AECOM is hiring a Civil Highway Engineering Designer to support highway and roadway projects across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia. The role performs engineering calculations, alignments, pavement, signing, construction phasing, and traffic-control design; coordinates with other disciplines; prepares specifications, estimates, reports, and 3D models; and mentors entry-level engineers. The position requires a civil engineering bachelor’s degree, four years of related highway or transportation design experience, EIT certification, a valid US driver’s license, and experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, or AutoCAD Civil 3D. Relocation assistance and sponsorship are not available, and new hires must attend in-person Day 1 onboarding.
