Description
AECOM is hiring a Civil Highway Engineering Designer to support highway and roadway projects across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia. The role performs engineering calculations, alignments, pavement and barrier designs, construction specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and 3D models; coordinates with multidisciplinary teams; mentors entry-level engineers; and works independently with minimal supervision. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, four years of related highway or transportation design experience, EIT certification, a valid US driver’s license, and experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, or AutoCAD Civil 3D. Relocation assistance and sponsorship are not available, and new hires must attend in-person Day 1 onboarding.
