BKF Engineers is hiring a Civil Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead technical design and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects in the Bay Area and across BKF's California and Pacific Northwest offices. The role involves managing roadway, transit, complete streets, multimodal, and active transportation work; mentoring engineering staff; ensuring compliance with Caltrans and other agency standards; supporting proposals and business development; and coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and subconsultants. The position requires a civil engineering background, a minimum of 6 years of transportation infrastructure design and project delivery experience, and strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related project management tools. It is a salaried hybrid role with a base range of $118,000 to $164,000 and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, retirement, paid leave, and education reimbursement.
