BKF is hiring a Civil Infrastructure Engineering Manager specializing in land development to lead technical delivery and project execution for its Bay Area team. The role includes managing grading, drainage, utility, roadway, and site development designs; supervising and mentoring engineers; overseeing budgets, billing, proposals, quality control, regulatory compliance, client relationships, and sub-consultants; and supporting business development. Applicants must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related ABET-accredited degree, a California Professional Engineer license, at least 7 years of progressive land development experience, and advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or comparable platforms.
