Boutique law firm client is hiring a Civil Litigation Associate to handle a diverse litigation caseload across commercial litigation, white-collar matters, and bankruptcy disputes. The role involves managing matters from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation, drafting legal documents, leading discovery and depositions, and participating in court proceedings. Candidates should have 2–6 years of civil litigation experience, strong discovery and motion practice skills, and California bar admission or willingness to sit for the bar; trial experience and white-collar or bankruptcy experience are pluses. Visa sponsorship, relocation support, and possible California bar prep support are available.
