Description
The Personal Injury Case Manager supports the Supervising Attorney and the Civil Division by managing personal injury cases through all phases, coordinating with legal assistants, clerks, and intake specialists, monitoring Filevine task flows and statute-of-limitations deadlines, maintaining accurate case-management data, and supporting client communication and case resolution. The role requires at least five years of experience as a Personal Injury Legal Assistant or Paralegal, Microsoft 365 proficiency, customer-service experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent; NALA certification, an ABA-approved paralegal program, case-management-system experience, and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
