AECOM is hiring a Civil Manager for its Water group in the Los Angeles, California office. The role leads technical design teams on surface-water and water-resources projects, including flood control, storm drains, pump stations, green stormwater, and drainage systems. Responsibilities include preparing construction-package deliverables, developing hydrologic and hydraulic models, preparing permit applications and technical studies, leading mid- to large-size projects, mentoring staff, coordinating project schedules, and advising clients on engineering and regulatory compliance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree plus eight years of related drainage-design experience or equivalent experience and education, and a California Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain one within six months.
