Description
LAPORTE is hiring a civil or construction engineering intern to support the design and delivery of structural solutions for industrial projects. The intern will work with structural engineers and technicians on steel and concrete structures, foundations, mezzanines, platforms, walkways, and equipment supports; perform supervised calculations and analyses; prepare drawings, technical documents, and material takeoff lists; and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The role requires current enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s program, third- or fourth-year status, strong interest in structural design, knowledge of relevant engineering principles, and strong French communication skills.
