McKim & Creed is hiring a Civil PE - Land Development professional for its High Point, North Carolina office. The role manages and designs residential, commercial, and industrial land-development projects, including permitting, water and sewer systems, grading, erosion control, and storm drainage. Responsibilities include client contact, project leadership, technical problem solving, reporting, proposals, design drawings, specifications, and permit submittals. Candidates must hold a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, NC PE registration, and 5–10+ years of civil land-development design experience, with strong knowledge of North Carolina permitting agencies and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
