Jones & DeMille Engineering is hiring a full-time Civil Project Engineer and/or Project Manager to plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction. The role combines technical design, engineering judgment, QA/QC, project scope and schedule control, client relationship management, financial administration, and support for proposals and business development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an applicable engineering discipline or equivalent experience, 4+ years of related experience for the Project Engineer track or 8+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years of project or client management for the Project Manager track, a Utah Professional Engineer license, and strong civil engineering, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
