The role designs and drafts technical plans for residential and commercial water resources projects, develops engineering solutions, prepares environmental permits and cost estimates, and provides construction oversight. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program and 0–4 years of water, wastewater, or related civil engineering experience; AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience is a plus.
