Wilson & Company is hiring a Civil Project Engineer to serve as the lead design engineer or design manager for civil projects in its Loveland, Colorado office. The role leads roadway, land development, drainage, and general civil design; coordinates clients, agencies, consultants, and design teams; develops plans and specifications; monitors schedules and costs; checks staff work; and mentors junior engineers. Candidates must be licensed Professional Engineers in Colorado or able to obtain licensure within six months, hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, and have at least four years of engineering design experience. AutoCAD and Civil3D proficiency are required, while ProjectWise, MicroStation, project scheduling, and leadership skills are desired. The annual salary range is $79,000 to $135,000, and visa sponsorship is not offered.
