WSP is hiring a Civil Project Engineer in Red Deer to lead municipal engineering and land development projects across Central Alberta. The role manages water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway systems from concept through construction; coordinates multidisciplinary teams; builds client relationships; mentors emerging professionals; oversees budgets, schedules, risk, and communications; and contributes to proposals and bids. Candidates need an Alberta Professional Engineer or Professional Licensee in Engineering designation, approximately five or more years of municipal infrastructure and land development experience, relevant design and construction administration experience, knowledge of Alberta environmental standards, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $104,100–$138,000 in Alberta, British Columbia, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, and Yukon.
