Description
RVE is hiring a Civil Project Engineer (Engineer IV) for its Lehigh Valley office in Allentown. The role leads and delivers land-development engineering projects, including site design, grading, utilities, stormwater management, permitting, hydrology and earthwork calculations, cost estimates, code research, design reviews, construction inspections, and submission of plans to county and municipal authorities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or a relevant discipline, 5–10 years of land-development experience, AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency, and a PE license is preferred.
