MacKay is hiring a Civil Project Engineer (PE) in Pasco, Washington, to prepare and deliver roadway, water, storm and sanitary sewer, natural gas utility, and site development designs from concept through construction. The role involves technical design guidance, client and project-manager collaboration, mentoring junior engineers, supporting project scope and budget management, and contributing to business development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Washington and/or Oregon PE registration, five years of experience, utility and site-development experience in Western Washington, and AutoCAD Civil 3D experience; natural gas infrastructure experience is preferred. The position offers a US pay range of $105,000–$125,000 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
