Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time permanent Civil Project Manager / Water Resources Engineer in the Charleston, West Virginia area. The role evaluates utility assets, supports water and sanitary sewer rehabilitation design, coordinates environmental and regulatory work, troubleshoots mechanical and fluid systems, monitors construction, manages project communications and change orders, and presents to clients and stakeholders. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong project-management and presentation skills; PE licensure is preferred. The position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $130,000, benefits, and requires periodic travel, U.S. citizenship or a Green Card work permit, and background screening.
