The role leads projects from concept through completion, overseeing construction plans, permitting, design calculations, cost estimates, bidding, construction administration, client communications, budgeting, field inspections, and cross-functional coordination. The position also includes guiding junior engineers, business development, proposal preparation, and strategic division planning. A BS in Civil Engineering or related engineering degree, a Professional Engineer license, and at least five years of land development civil engineering design and project delivery experience are required or strongly preferred.
