LPA is hiring a Civil Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects from planning and design through execution. The role manages scope, schedule, quality, budget, client relationships, technical accuracy, and multidisciplinary coordination, while supervising designers and project engineers. Candidates must have a civil engineering degree, at least 10 years of progressive civil engineering experience, a California Professional Engineer license, AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency, and experience with site design, grading, accessibility, drainage, wet utilities, and stormwater management.
