STV is looking for an experienced Civil/Roadway Project Manager to join their Roadway Design Team in Dallas, TX. This role involves designing and reviewing all phases of roadway/highway/site plan development, requiring extensive experience in client communication, project operations, financial management, and leadership. Key responsibilities include highway/geometric design, road modeling, grading, erosion control, stormwater management, traffic control, utility coordination, and preparation of detailed designs.
