Thomas & Hutton is hiring a Civil Site Design Engineer to lead land-development and infrastructure projects, including water, sewer, and storm drainage design. The role covers engineering calculations, grading plans, drainage reports, construction documents, permitting, technical specifications, bid documents, project management, construction administration, and AutoCAD Civil 3D modeling. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, a Professional Engineer license, at least five years of civil engineering design experience, and strong stormwater hydraulics and Civil 3D skills.
