Thomas & Hutton is hiring a Civil Site Design Engineer to lead land-development and infrastructure projects, including water, sewer, and storm drainage design. The role covers engineering calculations, grading plans, drainage reports, construction documents, permitting, technical specifications, bid documents, project coordination, and construction administration, with AutoCAD Civil 3D design work. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, a Professional Engineer license, at least five years of civil engineering design experience, and strong stormwater hydraulics and hydrology knowledge.
