Description
The Civil Site Development Engineer will support the phased redevelopment of a terminal by developing technical concepts, feasibility studies, brownfield phasing scenarios, site layouts, utilities, and supporting infrastructure. The role also covers infrastructure analysis, utility relocations, investment dossiers, permitting, budget estimates, business cases, and coordination with external consultancies and internal stakeholders. Candidates need a master's degree in engineering sciences or equivalent experience, at least five years of civil infrastructure project experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.
