Description
Thomas & Hutton is hiring a Civil Site Development Engineer to manage residential, commercial, and industrial site development projects. The role includes preparing and overseeing water, sewer, and storm drainage construction drawings; developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets; coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams; supporting proposals and fee development; using AutoCAD Civil 3D; overseeing engineering work; and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, 5+ years of civil engineering design experience, and a professional engineer license is strongly preferred. It is an on-site role Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with competitive salary, performance bonus, health, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and tuition assistance.
