Worley is hiring a Civil/Structural Construction Specialist II (Resident Technical Officer) for its Singapore team. The role provides civil engineering services and technical support and supervision within the civil team, overseeing contractor and subcontractor compliance with safety and quality requirements, monitoring construction activities and schedules, preparing progress reports, managing site records and changes, and reporting incidents and non-compliance. The position requires experience as a Resident Engineer on LTA projects, willingness to work rotation shifts, and a civil or structural diploma or National Certificate in Construction; additional experience with monitoring instruments, pipe roofing, concrete technology, and quality control is advantageous.
