Dashiell is hiring a Civil/Structural Engineer for its Preconstruction group to support civil and structural scopes on high-voltage substation EPC projects. The role combines structural design, material takeoffs, cost estimating, value engineering, procurement coordination, constructibility reviews, change-order support, and site investigations. It is based in the Houston office and requires 4–7 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and significant field or EPC experience considered in lieu of a degree.
