TWD is hiring a Civil/Structural Lead Engineer for a full-time contract role based in Athens, Greece. The position provides technical leadership for civil and structural engineering activities across industrial projects from concept through detailed design, construction, and commissioning. Responsibilities include leading design approaches, reviewing calculations and drawings, mentoring engineers, managing engineering scope and resources, coordinating with project teams and other disciplines, supporting constructability and value engineering, and ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and quality procedures. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
