Arcadis is hiring a Civil Structures Lead to lead the structures discipline on major bridge engineering projects across Ontario. The role covers project delivery, technical direction, design and construction oversight, client and stakeholder management, team leadership and mentoring, project planning and budgeting, quality assurance, compliance, and business development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, at least 10 years of progressive bridge engineering experience, an Ontario P.Eng. designation, and strong technical, communication, and leadership skills; 15+ years of bridge design experience and relevant provincial qualifications are preferred. The salary range is $112,000–$162,000.
