Description
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee grading, heavy civil construction, and site development projects throughout the Southeast. The role manages field operations, multiple foremen and crews, safety and quality compliance, schedules, equipment, materials, client and subcontractor relationships, and project documentation. The position is based in Columbia, South Carolina, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an annual salary of $100,000–$120,000, plus health insurance, retirement matching, vehicle, PTO, and bonus benefits.
