This role involves civil design and development for heavy civil and industrial infrastructure projects, project leadership including task management and mentoring, and client engagement. The engineer will work on roadway and transportation improvements, design-build projects, waterfront and industrial developments, and ensure regulatory compliance. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, EIT certification, and a minimum of 4 years of relevant civil/site development engineering design experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MicroStation, InRoads, and Openroads is required, with additional software skills being a plus. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to client service.
