Description
Mitrelli is seeking a Civil Works Supervisor – Substations for the Mbanza Congo Hub in Angola. Acting on behalf of the employer/client, the role supervises civil construction for 30kV–60kV medium- and high-voltage electrical substations, including earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete, cable routes, drainage, control buildings, roads, fencing, and related infrastructure. The position coordinates contractors and multidisciplinary teams, reviews drawings, tracks schedules and progress, manages risks and quality, safety and costs, coordinates civil and electromechanical works, and reports to the Project Manager. A Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience and at least seven years of relevant supervision experience are required, along with Portuguese fluency and knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
