Oneida Professional Services is seeking a full-time Civilian Foundations Development (CFD) Training and Development Specialist at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Montgomery, Alabama. The role delivers foundational civilian workforce development training, updates course materials, facilitates online and classroom instruction, conducts assessments, maintains course information in government systems, analyzes metrics, supports learning outcomes, and complies with CLDS instructional guidance. Applicants need a relevant bachelor's degree or approved equivalency, one year of online instruction experience with an LMS, group-instruction experience, and strong communication skills; federal workforce development, adult learning, and leadership-development experience are preferred. The position is contingent upon the award of a federal contract.
