Description
Freedom is hiring a Civils Field Manager to support the delivery of civils asset replacement works across the Northern Powergrid contract in the North East Region. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role leads Supervisors, Planners, Engineers and Site Operatives; manages multiple projects from planning through completion and handover; coordinates labour, plant and materials; monitors KPIs; maintains client and stakeholder relationships; and ensures safe, compliant, high-quality delivery. The position is full-time and permanent, pays up to £42,500 plus a company vehicle or car allowance and flexible benefits, and requires operational civils experience, civil engineering and utility construction knowledge, leadership experience, client management, commercial awareness, contract management capability, and a full UK driving licence.
