Freedom is recruiting a permanent Civils Ganger for a mobile crew supporting switchgear replacement and critical infrastructure works across the North West and North Wales. The role involves carrying out planned civils tasks on live sites, excavating around underground services, reinstating kerbs, tarmac, flagging, block paving, and floor screeding, and maintaining high health and safety standards. Candidates need civils or groundworks experience, ideally around utilities, the ability to work to specifications and drawings, confidence with small plant, strong health and safety awareness, and a full UK driving licence; a tracked excavator and Street Works qualification are desirable.
