Freedom Networks is hiring a full-time, permanent Civils Ganger for its Small Works team supporting Northern Powergrid contracts across the North East. The role leads civils operatives through excavation and reinstatement, coordinates site activities and resources, supports project delivery, maintains health and safety and quality standards, and liaises with clients and stakeholders. Candidates need civils supervisory or ganger experience, strong excavation and reinstatement knowledge, leadership and communication skills, a commitment to safety and quality, and a full UK driving licence; NRSWA accreditation, utility-contract experience, plant operator tickets, and Northern Powergrid experience are desirable. The position offers up to £35,500 plus flexible benefits.
