Freedom is recruiting a permanent Civils Operative for its Switchgear Replacement delivery team in the North West and North Wales. The mobile role carries out planned civils activities on live sites, including excavating around underground services, reinstatement works such as kerb, tarmac, flag, block paving, and floor screeding, and maintaining health and safety standards. Candidates need civils or groundworks experience, ideally around utilities, the ability to work to specifications and drawings, confidence with small plant, strong health and safety awareness, and a full UK driving licence; tracked excavator and Street Works qualifications are desirable.
