Mayo Clinic Arizona is hiring a full-time outpatient psychiatrist to evaluate and treat patients with psychiatric disorders and complex medical conditions. The role is primarily outpatient, with a hospital consultation-liaison service and rotational cross-coverage and call, and includes teaching medical students, residents, and fellows as well as clinical research. Board certification in psychiatry is required, with certification required within the first three years if not already achieved; consultation-liaison or addiction psychiatry fellowship training and certification are preferred. The position may involve coverage at the Scottsdale outpatient clinic and the Phoenix hospital campus, with regular contact to other Mayo Clinic locations.
