Triumph Group of Companies is hiring a full-time Estimator in Mississauga to prepare accurate cost estimates for residential roofing and exterior cladding projects. The role reviews drawings, specifications, and scope documents; performs labour, material, equipment, and subcontractor take-offs; coordinates supplier and subcontractor pricing; identifies risks and constructability issues; and prepares bid submissions and cost analysis. The position requires at least five years of estimating experience in residential roofing, cladding, or building envelope construction, along with knowledge of Local 27, roofing systems, Ontario construction practices, and estimating software.
