SMAC is hiring a Team Lead Cladding Specialist for its Paris agency to support the successful execution of cladding and related building-envelope sites. The role provides technical support to business and project managers, prepares estimates, reviews safety and work plans, identifies worksite conditions, coordinates equipment and materials, monitors quality and timelines, trains and leads tradespeople, manages site safety and inventory, and closes out reports and client communications.
