ESIS is hiring a Claim Representative to investigate, evaluate, manage, and resolve workers’ compensation claims from inception through resolution. The role handles claimant and stakeholder communication, reviews medical and accident information, makes compensability and settlement decisions, maintains claim documentation, controls costs and reserves, ensures compliance with workers’ compensation laws, provides client service, and collaborates with legal, medical, and risk management teams.
