Description
The Claims Adjuster investigates, evaluates, and resolves physical damage claims by determining coverage, compensability, liability, and damage; obtaining information from agents, insureds, claimants, witnesses, and others; reviewing documentation; setting or recommending reserves; managing claims within defined authority; preparing claim reports; and conducting interviews, scene inspections, and settlement conferences. The role requires two to four years of related experience or training, an associate's degree or equivalent education and experience, and the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available.
