Description
The role advises and supports teams handling transport and logistics damage claims across air, road, and sea transport. Responsibilities include managing complex export and high-value damage files, overseeing standard operating procedures, coordinating with insurers and brokers, and reviewing customer contracts for insurable risks. The position requires knowledge of CMR insurance, prior experience in a similar role or insurance environment, negotiation and critical-analysis skills, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
