Description
The Claims Specialist reviews program claims, assists dealers and field personnel with claim entry, evaluates warranty and extended-plan coverage, resolves coverage discrepancies, develops program reports, and handles rejected or unauthorized claims. The role requires prior OEM claim entry and warranty coverage review experience, 3–5 years of claims experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency. It is a full-time position requiring the candidate to be in Michigan.
