Workplace Options is recruiting a Claims Analyst for Behavioral Health Systems in Birmingham, Alabama. The full-time role processes claims data, performs data entry and audits, reconciles billing and claim records, issues denial and EOB letters, supports the Finance Division, and provides customer service to providers and members. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of data-entry or similar experience, strong accuracy and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and 10-key data-entry ability. The position pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour plus competitive benefits.
