Rightway is hiring a Medical Claims Specialist for its Denver Tech Center office, a non-remote position. The role interprets medical, dental, and vision benefit policies; investigates and resolves claims and billing questions; provides deductible, copay, and coinsurance information; maintains customer service and HIPAA compliance; and updates claims in a proprietary CRM. Candidates should have experience with benefit plan interpretation, provider billing, and claim adjudication, with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences or a related field and at least two years of medical claims specialist experience preferred. Compensation is $19.00–$24.00 per hour.
