The role oversees insurance claims processing, customer experience, claims book maintenance, data entry, complex-case resolution, performance monitoring, and team coaching. Candidates need 2–3 years of claims experience, strong leadership and communication skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and fluent English plus German, French, or Italian; a degree is preferred.
