Description
HelloFresh is hiring a Claims & Risk Analyst to support workers' compensation and related claims operations, including claim intake, tracking, reporting, dashboards, subrogation, return-to-work coordination, and insurance program administration. The role works with internal stakeholders, TPAs, carriers, and brokers to help manage claims efficiently from intake through resolution and improve risk management processes. The position requires 2–3 years of workers' compensation claims experience, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and preferably a bachelor's degree, with insurance/risk designations and Power BI or RMIS experience considered a plus.
