E-J Electric Installation Co. is hiring an entry-level Claims Assistant for its Risk Management/Compliance division in Long Island City, New York. The role is fully on-site five days per week and supports the Vice President of Risk Management & Compliance and the Claims team by managing company-related claims, legal requests and subpoenas, claim and compliance files, insurance claims, reports, data analysis, prequalification software, internal databases, and administrative tasks. Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency is required, while insurance or workers’ compensation experience and at least three years of work experience are preferred but not required. The position offers $80,000–$90,000 per year and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
