Description
The Claims Handler serves as the customer’s first point of contact during insurance claims, supporting successful claims handling through independent decision-making and communication with customers, repair shops, and lawyers. The role requires vocational training as an insurance or finance clerk, or commercial or related vocational training; prior claims-management knowledge is ideal but not required.
