Description
The Claims Handler serves as the first point of contact for customers during claims and actively supports successful claims handling. The role requires independent and responsible decision-making, communication with customers, repair shops, and lawyers, and a helpful, approachable manner. Vocational training as an insurance or finance clerk is required, with commercial or related vocational training as an alternative; prior claims case management knowledge is ideal but not required.
