TAL is hiring a Claims Consultant to manage life insurance claims from start to finish within its Group space for the REST fund. The role handles TPD and IP claims end-to-end, assesses and calculates payments, coordinates with medical, legal, rehabilitation, and other specialists, manages customer and adviser expectations, and participates in case conferences. Applicants should have life insurance claims experience in group policies, workers compensation or return-to-work experience with an allied health background, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of injuries, illnesses, and treatment.
